**Please see the Christmas Guarantee note on individual item pages for shipping times during Christmas season. -- Sorry, as of Feb 1, 2012, all shipping prices have gone up, especially USPS options since they just raised their prices dramatically.

NEW** Starting in April 2011, FREE GROUND SHIPPING (domestic U.S. orders, though international customers will also get a discount applied to their shipping costs) when you buy 2 or more items. After you've added your second item, you will see the shipping cost deducted from the amount in your shopping cart. Why not take advantage of the savings and get a couple more of our inexpensive Frodo's Rings as gifts for those special Lord of the Rings fans in your life (and everyone knows at least two).

U.S. Shipping

All orders to the U.S. (contiguous states) currently use FedEx shipping. Full tracking and full insurance is provided. After your order ships out, you should receive another email from us containing your invoice and tracking information with an estimated (in most cases, actual) delivery date. (Note: Please remember that some items may require a production period of time before item actually ships out, as designated on each item's web page. Some items ship out same day as, or next business day, after order date.)
  • FedEx Ground - usually delivered between 3 - 6 business days.
  • FedEx 2 Day - guaranteed delivery 2 business days after ship date.
  • FedEx Overnight - guaranteed delivery next business day after ship date.

For Alaska, Hawaii or other non-contiguous U.S. territories, choose the "Alaska & Hawaii" shipping zone.


International Shipping

(for destinations outside the U.S.)

Any Import Duties, Customs Fees and/or Taxes (VAT) on international orders are NOT part of our shipping charges and are the customer's responsibility to pay upon receipt of package, if applicable. Order amounts for packages refused at delivery will not be refunded.

Two shipping methods are available for international orders (USPS & FedEx), each with their own sub-options. In your shopping cart, choose between "International (USPS)" and "International (FedEx)". For USPS, you will then choose between "USPS Pr" and "USPS Ex", each explained below, or for FedEx you will choose one of the five FedEx Zones, depending on which country you are shipping to (see below).

¤ USPS (UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE) ¤

  • USPS Priority Mail International ("USPS Pr") - This option is for less expensive items, perhaps $100 or less.
    • Lower cost (generally between $22 - $27)
    • Normal delivery time between 6 - 10 business days*, though not guaranteed and can sometimes take longer (in extremely rare cases up to a month).
    • No tracking
    • Not insured - insurance available now
    • Not guaranteed - In the rare event a package is lost or stolen in transit, we cannot replace it nor issue a refund. (Note: this has only happened a handful of times in the last 5+ years)
  • USPS Express Mail International ("USPS Ex") - For more valuable orders, up to a point (higher than that, choose FedEx International).
    • Moderate cost (generally between $40 - $57)
    • Normal delivery time between 4 - 8 business days*.
    • Limited tracking**
    • Insured (within the following limits, if package is lost or stolen):
      • Replacement order shipped out:
        • Orders up to $850 in value: Fully insured toward a replacement order shipped out for orders up to $850 in value.
        • Orders over $850 in value: Depending on item, you will need to pay an additional maximum of 10-30% of your purchase amount + new shipping cost to get a replacement order shipped out. (Not Recommended, use FedEx option below instead.)
      • Partial Refund: If you choose not to have a replacement package shipped out, we can only guarantee a refund amount of 70% of your purchase amount minus shipping.

¤ FEDEX (FEDERAL EXPRESS) ¤

FedEx International shipments are fully insured, and fully trackable and usually only take between 2 - 5 business days for delivery.

If package is lost or stolen in transit:
  • Replacement order shipped out: Fully insured toward a replacement order shipped out as soon as possible at no additional cost to the customer,
      OR,
  • Partial Refund: Refunds for lost or stolen packages can be issued, but only at 70-90% of the original purchase price, depending on the items.
There are 5 Zones to choose from, depending on your country. Please choose the correct Zone or your order may be delayed in order to correct the mistake. We apologize for the higher costs associated with some zones, but they are outside our control. (Note: Some international destinations are out of Federal Expresses delivery area. These addresses will require an additional $20.00 for delivery. If your address falls in an out of delivery area, we will contact you by email.)
  • FedEx Zone 1 - Canada
  • FedEx Zone 2 - Aruba, Belgium, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Dominican Republic, England (UK), France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland (UK), Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Scotland (UK), Taiwan, United Kingdom, Virgin Islands
  • FedEx Zone 3 - Australia, China, Cyprus, South Korea, New Zealand
  • FedEx Zone 4 - Austria, Cook Islands, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Greenland, Guam, Iceland, Lichtenstein, New Caledonia, Norway, Papua New Guinea, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland
  • FedEx Zone 5 - Cameroon, Croatia, Czech Republic, Mongolia, Morocco, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia


Though shipping will not be completely free for international customers, when you purchase 2 or items, an amount will be discounted from your orders, as well.
